When is my order shipped from the warehouse?

Orders placed before 12pm (local time) from Monday to Friday are prepared and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm (local time) will be shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). As soon as your order has left our warehouses, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number.
