Which countries do you not ship to?
Delivery is not available to the following countries: Burundi, Cuba, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Liberia, Libya, Nevis, North Korea, Somaliland, South Sudan, Sint Eustatius, Saint Helena, Syria, Tajikistan, Yemen, Russia, Ukraine, Puerto Rico.
When is my order shipped from the warehouse?
Orders placed before 12pm (local time) from Monday to Friday are prepared and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm (local time) will be shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). As soon as your order has left our warehouses, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number.
We aim to meet stated preparation and shipping times, but circumstances beyond our control, such as busy periods, may cause shipping delays.
What are the delivery times?
France:
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse delivery can take 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Rest of the world:
Once your order is shipped from our warehouses, delivery can take 4-6 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. An estimate of the delivery time and cost will appear on the checkout page.
We aim to meet our stated delivery times, but circumstances beyond our control, such as busy periods, extreme weather conditions, customs inspections or exceptional conditions may occasionally cause delivery delays.
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the payment phase and depend on:

Airmail : We are unable to intercept air parcels.
